Refunds & Exchanges
At The Playtime Company, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect saleable condition with original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return.
Please send your return using a secure and trackable method, we recommend using www.Parcel2Go.co.uk for the best prices, including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.
Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.

If approved, your refund (if the goods are in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from us receiving your parcel before the refund is completed.
PLEASE NOTE – If an order is returned to us by being rejected at the point of delivery, rather than following the return instructions above, you as the customer are responsible for the charge that we will be invoiced by the courier to receive the return, and it will be deducted from value of your refund. For UK DPD delivery, the charge for this service is £18. Other couriers charges may vary.
Receiving an exchange
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please first inform us via email at email@example.com. Once our warehouse have confirmed that your return has arrived, an e-gift card will be emailed to you so that you can purchase an alternative item.
